It’s an excellent prenatal. I created an entire spreadsheet to evaluate the different ones and this one came out on top easily. My only complaint is sometimes the packs are a little hard to open but it’s a small price to pay for the quality.

I just had my 20 week scan and baby is measuring right on schedule, super healthy! I am a picky eater and have a hard time eating enough nutrient dense foods, so having a really good set of high quality prenatals puts my mind at ease, not only for the health of my baby but for my own health :) Overall, I would recommend these and I feel like they have been very important for growing my sweet baby to be healthy.
This was the direct response from Theralogix: "Theralogix does not use excessive coatings or artificial dyes, and recently we removed titanium dioxide from our coatings due to customer feedback, so now the nutrients, especially choline and iron, show through the coating of the tablets. These nutrients can first look like white speckles and then slowly darken and look like tar. Sometimes people mistaken the spots to be mold. This spotting is completely normal. The product has not gone bad and the tablets are safe to consume."
Titanium dioxide was preserving the coating of the pills better, since they removed it (so glad they did!) the nutrients are just showing through the coating. Just wanted to put your minds at ease! :)

The good:
I literally could not find another prenatal so packed full of all the necessary vitamins. It has everything you need and want. Also, the white and fish oil pill are not too hard to take - they go down easy.
The bad:
With all those vitamins, you're more likely to get constipated and nauseous (which I did). My doctor recommended I STOP taking prenatals all together because I felt so bad. He explained our bodies store vitamins in reserve for up to 3 months to draw from, so a few weeks off the prenatal to reset was worth it. Next, the smell. I had such an aversion to the smell of the pink pill... it's potent. So much so I gagged at the thought of having to take it. I couldn't even go into home improvement stores because the wood smell reminded me of the pink pill. Finally the packaging is admittedly difficult to open and often tears in inconvenient spots.
If you can choke it down its definitely worth it for the nutrition. But don't sacrifice nutrition and nausea for a pill. Great prenatal, but maybe not for me.
